These terms of use apply to your use of the website, the learning area, the exercises, the simulator and the position-size calculator of learn-daytrading.com (together the «Platform»). By registering for or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

learn-daytrading.com is a free educational platform about crypto futures trading. It provides learning content, interactive exercises and a trading simulator. In the simulator you trade exclusively with a virtual balance (play money). No real trading takes place at any time, and no real funds are managed, deposited or withdrawn.

Use of the Platform is free of charge. There is no claim to permanent availability, to a particular set of features, or to the retention of individual content.

All content serves general information and education purposes only. It is not investment, tax or legal advice and is not a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments.

Trading leveraged crypto futures is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. The majority of retail traders lose money. You can lose all of the capital you put in. Results in the simulator are not a prediction of future real results. You make decisions about real investments on your own responsibility and, where appropriate, after consulting independent advisors.

Certain features require a free account. You are obliged to provide truthful information, to keep your login credentials secret and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. An account is personal and non-transferable. The Platform is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must refrain from:

• the automated extraction, copying or reproduction of content (scraping);
• disrupting, overloading or circumventing security and access mechanisms;
• manipulating the simulator, the leaderboard or other user accounts;
• unlawful, offensive or infringing use.

In the event of violations we may remove content and suspend or delete accounts.

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, software, design) is protected by copyright. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Any use beyond that requires our prior consent.

We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults or further development may lead to interruptions. A virtual account can be reset at any time.

The Platform is provided «as is» and without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Platform, from the application of the learning content, or from real trading decisions. We assume no liability whatsoever for real trading losses. Liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases where liability is mandatory by law, remains unaffected.

We may amend these terms of use and the feature set of the Platform. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

You can have your account deleted at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or delete accounts in the event of violations of these terms or upon discontinuation of the service.

The law of the U.S. state of Delaware applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence take precedence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains effective.
